Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN

We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unused or unworn, with tags.
• In its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you ordered the incorrect size. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you MUST contact us first at vigor.vogue@web.de.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your Order Number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos and/or a video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENTS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the evidence (or the returned item). If approved, we will offer you the choice of a replacement item (reshipment) or a full refund to your original payment method.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
