Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are processed in 3-5 business days. After processing, estimated shipping to the US is 10-20 business days, and 12-22 business days for Europe/UK. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking to update.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as your order may have already entered the processing phase with our supplier.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at vigor.vogue@web.de with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item. We will work with our supplier to get you a replacement or refund.
Q: Do you accept returns if I don't like the item or ordered the wrong size?
A: As per our policy, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues. Please double-check our size charts before ordering.
