ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We partner with global suppliers to bring you unique products. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and potential customs or postal delays.

• USA: 10-20 business days
• UK & Europe: 12-22 business days
• Canada & Australia: 12-22 business days
• Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

vigor & vogue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo/video of the item's condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution with our supplier.
